Lighter Premier Cigarettes RJR 1988 Vintage Butane NOS. Premier a failed cigarette brand of RJR produced these promotional lighters along with the Premier release. New Old Stock. Functional w/ Fuel. Not refillable. Disclaimer: I bought quite a few of these to also use and give as gifts. 2 of the 5 used became finicky lighting after prolonged use before the fluid was gone. Maybe due to being 35 years old.
